Dilip holds a degree in marine engineering and has worked across various industries, from marine and hospitality to healthcare and building management. He has been a founding member of the facility management industry in South Asia and the Middle East. Apart from his corporate roles with companies such as CBRE, APJ Group Hotels, and Escorts Hospitals, he has also been part of academia as a visiting faculty professor at Heriot-Watt University, UK, in Dubai.

A passionate finance professional with over 19 years of diversified experience, including 18 years in the UAE, in audit, finance, and accounts. He has a strong record of leadership and service delivery in multicultural working environments, combining broad exposure across relevant fields. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) and possesses advanced IT skills in Tally ERP, QuickBooks, Peachtree Sage, CaseWare, Microsoft Office tools, and related certifications.

A seasoned HR leader with over 25 years of experience in the UAE, specializing in HR management, administration, records management, and executive support. As Head of HR, she is goal-oriented, adaptable, sincere, and a strong team collaborator.

Known for delivering impactful outcomes through business growth, innovative strategies, and organizational restructuring. He has demonstrated effective team management and client management capabilities, along with proven expertise in overall business growth, business development, and successful service delivery, delivering measurable and sustainable results.
He is presently leading the FM Division of RFM Global – Reliance FM, UAE, driving business growth and operational efficiency. He was nominated as the Young FM Professional of the Year in 2022 and 2023 in the UAE by the region’s leading FM awards and is a Golden Visa holder.

Holding a management degree and complemented by advanced expertise in customer relationship management (CRM), he excels at cultivating high-value client partnerships and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize business outcomes.
