He is presently leading the FM Division of RFM Global – Reliance FM, UAE, driving business growth and operational efficiency. He was nominated as the Young FM Professional of the Year in 2022 and 2023 in the UAE by the region’s leading FM awards and is a Golden Visa holder.
Sr. Operations
Manager – FM
A certified CFM, NFPA 101, and International NEBOSH professional with 11 years of Gulf experience, including five years in facility management and six years as an OHSE Senior Executive with leading industry pioneers.
Skilled in providing safe and efficient day-to-day operational management of engineering services, soft services, and security systems. He ensures continuous service delivery in compliance with statutory requirements while aligning with client expectations. He acts as the primary point of contact for tenants and clients, consistently recommending effective, value-driven solutions.
Community Manager – Reliance OAM
A community manager with five years of experience, Rohan excels in managing day-to-day operations and driving business expansion. His strong management capabilities have helped Reliance OAM successfully manage associations for the past four years.
